SMS Messaging Terms
The Peugh Law Firm SMS Messaging
The Peugh Law Firm may offer SMS text messaging to prospective clients and clients who affirmatively consent to receive such communications.
SMS messages may be used to communicate regarding inquiries, consultations, appointments, case activity, important dates, requests for information, billing or administrative matters, and other communications concerning your legal matter or the Firm’s services.
Providing a telephone number to the Firm, including through a general website contact form, does not by itself enroll you in recurring SMS messaging. Where required, the Firm will separately obtain your consent before using SMS for ongoing communications.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry, communications with the Firm, and activity relating to your legal matter.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages sent or received in connection with this service.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages.
You may withdraw your consent to receive text messages at any time. After an opt-out request is processed, you may receive a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

Reply HELP for assistance.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and network operator, and delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Availability and Urgent Communications
SMS should not be relied upon as the sole method of communicating urgent matters, emergencies, court deadlines, or other time-sensitive legal information.
If you have an urgent matter, please contact the Firm directly by telephone.
